As you may know, our products are made of faux-suede leather meaning we do not participate in using real animal leather to make our products. This Thanksgiving we are especially pleased to partner with Have A Heart Animal Sanctuary. We believe in their cause and have partnered with them to bring awareness and provide a special surprise to attendees of their Thanksgiving Banquet. HAHR rescues dozens of animals each year from situations of abuse/neglect, factory farms, slaughter houses, illegal animal fighting operations, and laboratories which submit to animal testing. In addition, they offer therapeutic programs for children with special needs, people battling cancer, and veterans with PTSD.
At Flower Child Hair we believe that there is enough wealth and happiness to spread around. We've partnered with many organizations to give thanks and give back to the community. Some of the causes we've supported in the past include The Prom Project at St. Francis Medical Center to accessorize underprivileged youth for their prom, Exposure Skate to empower female skate boarders and to benefit survivors of domestic violence, as well as the most recent Have A Heart Animal Sanctuary. We enjoy fashion with a passion and are honored to be able to contribute to these organizations that we believe in making this world a better place.
