Shipping & Delivery

All online orders must be paid with credit card in USD. Flower Child Hair pieces are handmade and packed by hand. Please allow approximately 7 business days for domestic orders and two weeks for international orders. Note that delivery time may be longer during holidays. Our products will be shipped to the address you provide us. Flower Child Hair is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or replacement of lost orders as a result of incorrect delivery information submitted.

Domestic orders are charged $5.95 flat rate USD for standard shipping and $7.95 priority flat rate USD for standard shipping with tracking. International orders are charged $29.95 flat rate USD for standard shipping and $47.95 flat rate USD for standard shipping with tracking. Option of $10.95 flat rate USD for standard shipping without tracking on international orders to Canada only. All of our deliveries have been shipped successfully, but we do recommend shipping with tracking for all international orders. Note that any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer.

Return Policy

We understand it may be difficult to purchase accessories online, so please feel free to contact us and ask any questions before your purchase. Flower Child Hair does not currently accept returns at this time. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please e-mail us at service@flowerchildhair.com with your order information and we will gladly offer an exchange. This must be done within 10 days of receipt of your item. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. Note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
